The adjustments on the D2s are as follows.
The camber plate,as is obvious, will adjust the camber and this need to be professionally done.

The Stiffness can be adjusted with the top screw type knob/adjuster on the camber plate.
Twist clockwise to make more stiff or anticlock wise for softer settings.

As for height adjustment, you need to have the coil overs removed and the strut is turned clockwise or anticlockwise to suit the desired height.

Have a look here as well for a better explanation.

@gtizz i: for proper suspension geometry setup, you are better at a wheel alignment and balancing shop. they have the equipment to properly get the job done as a difference as small as 1 degree will make a HUGE difference to your handling. for things like damper stiffness, those you can do by yourself after the camber and alignment is done.
happy motoring.. :D

@gtizz i: i've never been too much of a teacher but you can have a peek at this wikipedia article. in basic terms, the strut is the general term of the entire coilover unit/assembly. it's loosely used in conversations to mean the entire unit of the shock/damper, springs and in some cases, the top-mounts as well.
