Need help finding part number

I'm trying to find out if this starlet Decal going down the side is an optional extra and if anyone could find the part number? Or know of anyway to get hold of. My own GT has the same decal and looking to respray but would like to keep the decal ideally

As you have found these were a dealer option part, I far as I'm aware no one has been able to find part numbers or order these parts from toyota.
