Need Help - Got a strange one!

Car cuts out, fan is permanently on even when cold. Standard boost guage is all over the place whilst the engine is not running, heater guage shoots straight up to hot, then when car starts it stalls.

Only other problem that I can see is that on the turbo air inside, the housing moves, but I can't see this being anything to do with the above!?!?!

Has anyone had this problem before, e.g. could it be a fuse. Finding this out for a customer. Think that it might be electrical, but am completely stumped.

Try checking/changing the coolant sensor? Although with the boost gauge going mad there must be a crossed/fused wire somewhere.
