need help urgently

basicly got my hid kit through today. Hooked it all up but i only get sidelights an main beam not dipped, anyone else had this problem or no how to solve it?

never saw that before, but just double check all connections and make sure you have good earth. could be ballasts either, i fitted a set to a type r the other day, only got dims, when i swapped the ballasts for different ones i got dims and fulls

o right well i got them off the net. So i may have to send them back. There plug an play ones, shall i just reearth the battery?
