Need help with JDM ICE

Got a GT running Carrozzeria Avic-hrz88 head unit. Its been giving me this message.

1) Can anyone translate the Japanese for me please so I can know what it says?

2) How do I fix this 'problem'?

did ya try disconnect the battery for a half an our or so it mite reset itself its a long shot but worth a try

It actually came about because some mechanic disconnected the battery. It was working fine until then.

If you don't have the code your fucked unfortunately mate... As far as I know there isn't a way of getting the code if you don't have it

Have you checked to see if the hard drive is physically installed? Maybe someone has removed the drive, the drive has crashed or where the battery has been disconnected the settings in the unit to disable the hard drive bay have been reset.

If there is a hard drive installed, pull it out and see if the error disappears.

There's no drive. Just a port that says HDD, however there was never a Hard Drive attached locally. The unit was functioning fine as delivered from Japan earlier this month.
