need peoples views on somethng

im goin buying a 1.3 starlet tuesday but its 5 door. what need to know is will a compund bring the colour back out as the paint is faded?? also will gt clocks fit straight into it?? and he said theres laquer peeling in places, how wouls sort that?? thanks rep will be added for any help

it will need respraying with the lacquer being peeled.

A compound wouldnt help the laquer peel i dont think. i have it on my bonnet and its quite noticeable, All depends on what colour it is though i guess. And is it ep82 or ep91 shape?

its ep82 shape man and its red, also could i put every thing from m old gts on a 5 door? like side mouldings etc??

you might get some of the red where its faded back with compound and polish but where the lacquer peel is will have to be resprayed.

i think its only wing and bonnet, il be putting the turbo bonnet on it anyway so im not pushed about that
