need some help please

pluged the emu into laptop getting this coming up (online comunicate with emanage ultimate in real time)when i press ok it goes away then comes back on anybody have any idea what it could be

could it be the usb lead mybe do i need a 2.2 usb cable

i had the exact same problem! tried a diffrent usb cable and it worked fine.

also the emu needs to be connected to the laptop at the time you run the update i think, but it should update automatically if not
