Just buy a single wire universal one off ebay. Only cost about £30 new

There's no point buying a second hand sensor, and old sensor will most likely be either dead or slow to respond which will cause an MOT emissions test failure. Best option is to buy a universal sensor, cut the wire on your current sensor and joint in a connector that can be used on both sensors.

Could you please provide the link what Ebay sensor is good to try, because I know Ebay has a lot of fakes.
