oil pressure thingy

hi all, sincerely thanks for anyone who can contribute on my questions:

I'm running a 5efhte... with an oil filter relocator... oil pressure sender unit is installed at oil filter relocator

Before installation of thermostat : oil pressure at idle is around 45psi (using 15w-50)

After installation of thermostat : oil pressure at idle is within the range of 25-35psi (using 10w-40)

May I know if the above pressure reading is correct?

Sounds good oil pressure will change when you change the type and you have the added space of the thermostat to account for also

thanks for all the comment. I've removed the thermostat and the engine is working fine now. Idling is having 35psi now even with 10w-40.
