Oil spewing out over turbo oil pipe

Help folks, just put the turbo and a few things back on the car and when i started it there was oil spewing out over the top of the turbo oil pipe (silicone 90 degree pipe) under turbo, Why might this be?

It is a spring clip on the pipe should it be a jubilee?

Also i replaced the original pipe with one from Auto Silicone Hoses

It should be a spring clip but when I used my old spring clips on my new silicone hose it never gripped tight enough (probably worn out due to age) so used a jubilee instead and it was fine.

cheers steve, still seems to be plenty spring in them but i will try a jubilee clip tomorrow, any other ideas what it might be if not the above?

Could be a cracked oil feed pipe, quite common happened to me. If it is I have a spare here you can have for a tenner, it's fairly new.
