Once in the uk and registered it wont be anywhere near as cheap as that unfortunately

Ow. Can i ask why? Coz in my country just get a car ,then pay duty 50% of the cars price and you use the car however long you want to.

There is the cost to bring it into the country, which is the main cost, then you need to get it registered, mot'd taxed etc. I would guess it would cost about £3k to get it to the uk and on the road

Yeah you pay for the car, then shipping is around £700, plus 20% import tax. Register, road tax and mot you end up looking at around £2500+, when you can buy a car over here already for that price
