Outer CV Joint options...

Hi,

Im in need of a new set of outer CV joints as my CV joints shat themselves at a trackday at Blyton a while ago and thought i would get the CV joints changed too.

However without taking mine off, I am unsure which ones to get as there a I think 3 different variations.

So if any one could help me, my car is a 93 square light Ep82 (of course ;-$)

Best to take them off buddy and count the splines as you don't know if they are the original shafts. I think you can grab them from camskill

Yeah, i did eventually do a search on this after, and thats what a lot of the replies said.

Thing is i was hoping to do it myself, and i could be wrong in thinking that you need the whole driveshaft out, and so if i fucked it up, im screwed for getting it to a garage to get it done proper...

Pretty easy to do mate, not much to fuck up tbh, just don't lose the circlips lol.

Can ya tell how to do them? Is there a long lost guide on here?

Haven't done them on starlet shafts but done them on other cars.
Pretty sure there is a guide somewhere, i'll have a dig around.
