Oxygen Sensor Diagnosis

hi guys,
I have the Toyota Glanza Turbo EP91 model.

i want to ask something about my oxygen sensor because it has a long time that I go from engineer to engineer and from electrician to electrician, I have indignation with them.
I want to ask and tell me how can i check my oxygen sensor if working or not, and how to make the diagnosis.
First time I went to a mechanic and told to me that is okay, then i went an electrician and told to me that he has a problem, then I went to control of exhaust gas and it said to me that it just passes.

now who says the truth?? and who I believe? I am very tangled.
P.S (if sensor it has problem it turns on the sign of check engine or not ???)

thanks guys and sorry for my bad English.

I would imagine if it is passing an emissions test then its fine.
If you still want to test it though, you can use a multimeter to test the voltage coming back from the sensor.
