Planning to convert my auto to a manual around x-mas/new year time so starting to collect parts now. I already have a good gearbox and an clutch capable of handling the TD04 plus some TRD mounts but I still require these parts:-

Brake and clutch pedal
Master cylinder
Slave cylinder
Line between master & slave
Gear linkages
Flywheel & bolts
Gearstick + assembly

If anyone is breaking a car or has these parts lying about (preferably cheap as i'm on a budget :p) I would be grateful if you could post on here or PM me. Thanks

Ok quick update, I have now got the gearstick & assembly on it's way and waiting on the rest of the parts being taken off another car to be posted so provisionally the list is sorted. Got a starter motor sorted because the auto and manual ones are different if I am correct? Also looking for a "shit plate" as defined and pictured in this thread if anyone has one.

Quick question about the clutch lines, I have 1 big solid metal line, a small soft rubber line and the slave cylinder with the short metal line attached. Also how many clips/brackets are there as I may need some more? (currently 2 on big metal line and 1 on small metal line, 1 on soft line but need bolts)

Also a quick question about the clutch & brake pedal brackets. Does the clutch pedal just bolt up to the master cylinder or is there other bolts needed and also will the brake pedal bracket just bolt in with the bolts that are already there for the auto brake pedal?

Im trying to remember off the top of my head how many there should be. There only 2 on the big hard line, there should be a clip like a brake pipe clip on the flexi line and IIRC another one hard line clip.

Yes the clutch pedal bolts to the back of the master cylinder, will make sense one you offer it up, the one bolt that was wrapped is for the 3rd point on the clutch pedal bracket.
The nuts on the brake master cylinder will swap over again :)

Im hoping it got to you ok?

Yeah clips are all there on the lines mate only thing is what size of bolts go through the holes or do they just clip onto something?

Ah right that would be the only goldish coloured bolt that was there? I was wondering what it was for, where does the 3rd point on the clutch pedal bracket bolt to or is it obvious once it's all on? I'm guessing also that the 6 bolts were for the fly and that the other 2 that were the same as each other were for the slave cylinder?

Yeah mate all came fine today thanks very much again, very helpful. Also I take it the clutch cylinder rods/pistons are meant to be fairly loose and wobbly until there plumbed in and pressurised?

You can keep the auto engine mounts, even the gearbox one would fix with a slight modification -) I'm positive as I have an AUTO gearbox and Manual Engline mounts -) they're pretty much the same apart from the gearbox which can be easily modified to fit -)

Still need the following parts if anyone has them:-

manual gearbox bell housing bolts
manual starter motor bolts
clutch pressure plate bolts
shifter cable clips x2

Also need to know if I need a manual TPS or if the auto one will do and also what holds the shifter cables onto the selector on the box?

Lifer
R/P clips are what hold the cables to the gearbox.

Doesnt matter what TPS you use. if you have an auto one just use that.
