pcv valve related to smoke

if a pcv valve had failed would it cause blue smoke all the time or just certain conditions, like idle or only when there is a vacuum etc

yes.

In fact it would cause that much smoke you wont see behind you lol

Broke mine when doing headgasket just ran it blocked off and the pipe from rocker loose venting

Most of the times if the pcv isnt sealing, boost escape to crankcase and force the oil throu the rings to the chambers where it burns and gives smoking issues.

yes..it will..
mine was blocked few weks back..n like it was said..
it makes so much smoke that u dnt see at the back..
