iv just changed my standard mani for a zisco mildsteel one and have fitted a hks actuator, the only problem is now i have no boost its like not having a turbo at all?? any suggestions are welcome cheers

when you fitted the actuator did you shorten the arm enough so it has tension on the wastegate to keep it closed

i did ye m8 well at least i think i did ill have to check that now cheers

did you replace the actuator pin/circlip?i shortened my actuator recently after lenghthening it a bit due to gutting cat so make sure it didnt overboost and when giving it some to see what it was boosting too it suddenly stoped all together and the turbo was doing nowt and the circlip had popped off and so the actuator was now disconnected and no boost could be made!
