Good post, but people need to remember that this is a rough idea and that the second part of the postcode can make a big difference.
For example my post code is A according to your list and i do have relitvly cheap insurance but but about 5 miles away still in the same post code i would have trouble getting insurance even tho the list implies that it still is cat A.
