pressure bleeding

what are peolpe using to pressure bleed the clutch and brakes? iv got a bleeder but cos its just rubber caps on the top, i cant screw nothing on? any ideas? reps up for grabs

i just use a spanner and get some 1 to pump the pedal

aquarium pipe from nipple to reservoure and pump the air out... once no more air is coming get someone to close the nipple.
