Problem With My Starlet:(

will do mate......its when i let my foot off the acceloration it knocks on the drivers side

hhmmmmm .... could be the drivers side engine mount has torn then hard to say you just have to go have a look you can get brand new poly engine mounts (obv when the funds allow) they give a much more direct feel and last longer toytuning sell them 90 quid a kit

top mounts havent came and its been a week now

i really dont think top mounts will be your problem.

sounds like possibly a engine / gearbox mount problem, or the cv joint is worn.

it sounds more like the engine mounts tho.

only reason it would be the top mounts is that there not sitting properly or are loose, unless there completely shagged

It's only when driving and not accelerating.....the mechanic said the front top strut mount is worn out and I ordered one from toyota dealers for £70 cars been parked up for a week and I'm beginning to hate the fact that I bought it now

The cars making a squeeking noise now even if it's rolling or moving without acceleration and the noise is coming from the drivers side wheel...Had a shit week coz of this car
