Question about Hi Low boost pipes

Hey all, i just fitted a air filter relocation to my car. And i wasnt to sure what to do with the pipe that went from the engine to the boost solenoid and then to the air inlet pipe. So i blocked it off and now i am only getting 4 PSI of boost :/. Have i done that wrong and it has to go some were else??
