Hi all
I don't need any help at the mo but was just had my thinking head on.
Based on what i think one of the most important things you can buy in the tuning world is a managment system. As i said that my opinion. The question is has anybody on here fitted one to a standard car & had it mapped. Ok you can all pick your self up off the floor from laughing now.
But think about it there would be gains to be had it would be interesting to find out thats all. what do You think?

to be honest if it was standard i wouldnt waste my money on a management system, the stock ecu would be fine! for cheaper you could do a few basic mods and get a good result, eg exhaust, relocated filter, hks actuator etc. all down to personal opinion tho, im sure a decent management system would help abit, get it setup more agreesive but personally i wouldnt do that on a completely stock starlet.

Sorry you get me wrong I don't want to do it but it would be interesting. like start off with a standard car & have it put on a rolling road. Then add things one at a time and see wot difference each thing makes in performance and driveability.

orite fair enuf, ye would be interesting to see how much individual parts affect performance etc, but you would never really be able to tell unless you get it rolling roaded each time lol, expensive :)
