Questions about fuel cuts and speed limiter

Hello. I have a 4efte glanza with a boost controller on it. I've seen boost up to 0.95 and then have a fuel cut and from what some friends of mine have told me, on stock ecu the fuel cut is at 0.75 or sth like that. Basically a lot lower than what I get. So at first I thought there is some kind of ecu magic that uped the fuel cut because of boost but shouldnt that mean, that the speed limiter should have been removed as well? I might be thinking it completely wrong but shouldnt that magic ecu or whatever is interfering with the stock ecu affect the speed limiter as well? If not, Anyone got any idea what's on my car? Also boost solenoid is not original so could that mean that the fuel cut is at stock levels but the boost controller is reading wrong because of the fake solenoid? I got my car 5 months ago and I'm slowly trying to get the car together and make it work properly and reliably. Thanks in advance!

Its a prd 500 boost controller, but my consern is that the issue is caused by boost control solenoid. The car has generally issues with electronics because the previous owner/guy that swapped the 4efte in did an average job. ie.the boost meter or sth like that was connected wrong and it read boost levels up to 1.2 bar. My friend/mechanic told me that the boost controller was showing what was the "boost output" of the turbo if im explaining it right. The speed limiter is right where its supposed to be, at about 200kph. The issue is that I want to lower the boost levels so I can be safer, because 0.9 with stock internals and lower compression that factory, isnt that safe for me. I want to go down to 0.7 but impossible rn because whatever I change on the controller, it doesnt make a difference in a run. I'm looking to buy a solenoid in the next few weeks but I want to know about the other issues. Could it be that still what I see on the boost controller is different to what the ecu sees? I mean that the ecu sensor could be seeing 0.85 bar when the boost controller shows 0.95. Thank you for your time.
