ram horn ct9 mani with td04 flange

Hi members,

i have a zisoc ram horn mani with external wastegate for ct9 and the triangular TD04 flange. What sould i do? cut off the square flange and weld on the td04 flange instead or directly stick it to the stock one?

No need for adapter plates mate. I welded a td04 triangle flange directly to the autobahn's ct9 flange which I was using and I bolted the td04 there. Works perfectly. Keep your ramhorn mani and weld a td04 flange to it. Just see where it sits first and weld it. Then custom make your downpipe and you re good to go. Oh and no need to cut off the ct9 flange off the manifold

Interesting. I wonder has anyone put a single plate on that has holes for the ct9 and holes for the tdo4 as well. Or maybe that just wouldn't work ?

the alumimium compressor house will be sooo close to nr1 runner then !!! depending on type of mani

be aware the ram horn runners come lower then the autobhane manis !!!

thanks, what i did today is weld the tringular flange to the ct9 mani but the td04 downpipe is not aligned with the exhaust. So we cut the down pipe in two bits so we can rotate it to fit. i need to re weld the downpipe now... i hope it will work.

I see what your saying from the photo nano has just posted . Clearance would be very tight with a single plate.

yes as you see if they cut of the stock flange and welded on another it would almost hit the runner or hit even now there is going to be a very big chance the tdo4 flange is going to warp like bananna :) :) just becouse of the places you can weld at it pul pul pul ha ha

thats what i think anyways

Weejohn ran an Adapter plate for a while think he ran up to 260hp on 1. pm him IMO after market manis work ten times better and are not to expensive ATM? Is your mani ported?

hi, i ve been driving the car for a week now. the flange is still ok. i will put a pic later.
And no the mani not ported, its a zisco one (thats why i didnot want to get rid of it).
The afr' s are correct. My first dyno the car pulled out 168.9hp with ct9.
I m verry happy with this new set up. Thxs!:rockon:
