rear breakes stuck

My car has been left for a while sitting with hand break on and now my brear breaks are stuck on how do I fix this. Is it a simple drive about for a bit or something more. All help will be repd

drop the hand brake take off the rear wheels and release them manually open and close it a few times take for a spin see how it is after that

As above pop of the back calabair.s and open and close them manualy also what workd for me i lifted the rubbur bit and sprayed sum wd40 in and they havint locked since

lol i know this my girlfriend took it off road and put it in garage for me while i was at work and i just started every couple of week never thought to check to make sure she handt put handbreak on. lol silly me leving a job to a woman
