Rear speaker wiring???

Hi guys once again i am asking for your indepth knowledge.

i want to fit some speakers in the rear of the car, after fitting the headunit i noticed that there is wiring to the rear of the car but cant find the end of it in the boot. Where abouts would the wiring be hidden if it is there? or would i just be better to run some new cabling myself instead of using the slightly thin standard stuff.

they usuall be under carpet on the side of teh door, if its not traceable just use some 16awg wires to the back mate.

Same thing i did.
