O yeah and i had a huge smile on my face when i took them out and i had Bride rails made my day

Yeah the valeter at work cleaned and supaguarded them and there like new

Not stupid a very good question, not to sure as i dont have stanard rails, i would some modification is required how i much i am unsure

well if u can get the standard rails off without cutting then u may have a chance . But i think u may have to get some made.

Cool didnt think it would be that easy, and they arent poverty spec ones out of a ford they was on the car when my dad brought it and i carent see a japanese guy buyin ford recaro's

Nope sorry the only rails that came with my car are the Bride rails which i have used to fit the Evo seats
