removing bumper?

can someone give me some advice on the best way to do this please? is the mk1 GT bumper held on exactly the same as the rest of the GT bumpers?

Pretty much the same as the later GT models Dunc: unbolt undertrays, grille and wheelarch liners and lift forward then you can access the foglamp connections.

make sure u use loads of LIQUIDS i.e WD40, or anything else

Spray them on the bolts before hand... because a common problem is that they will breakin the holes!

only awkward thing u might come across is the inner wheelarch liners

its been off before when i got it sprayed so it should all come off ok.
