removing fron bumper?

hi all im having a nightmare trying to remove the front bumper mines a mk1 with quad lights does the grille and lights need to be removed? also how do u get those twat plastic screws out do the need to be broken? cheers

theres some clips under the grill. screws in the wheel arch and a few under the front hope this helps you don't need to remove the head lights ..
