Removing headlight bulbs

I need to replace my headlight bulb but when I try and remove the bulb the connector at the back of the bulb comes off but the bulb stays in place. How do you remove the bulb??lol.

not looked on a glanza but i assume its the same as most cars.
you should be able to just pull the plug off (thing with wires going to it).
there then should be a metal clip that is hinged at one end and hooked on the other which holds the bulb in place, try find which is the hooked end and itll pretty much be a case of pushing it in and sliding it to one side.
sorry if my explanation isnt much use.
Phil.

There is a rubber surrounding that seems to be holding the bulb in place. Can I remove this surround to get the bulb out?? There isnt much room to play with in the engine bay so its hard to get to as the coolant bootle is in the way.

Just pull the plug out then take off
the rubber boot put your index finger
on the clip push it forward and slide
it up and bada bing bada bom
sorted.:)

Thanks Corey your a legend, so lift the coolant bootle up, remove the rubber boot and then unclip the bulb. Sounds easy will go out and try it now in 5 mins.:haha:
