removing injectors

just wondering how you take the standard injectors out? do you just unbolt the two nuts on the fuel rail then pull them out?

be careful when putting 'em back mate. stock fuel pressure is more than 2 bar, means it can squirt fuel pretty bad if it's not installed properly.

don't ask how i know.. :p

And be careful not to loose the grommets out of the head as you remove the injectors. And u used a little vaseline on any o rings that had to slide back into position.

I have to agree. Be careful when puttng them back in. The o-rings might get torn and then you have fuel squirting everywhere that might catch fire. Not a pretty sight. very dangerous too. I had it happen to me

If you are taking them out, have them cleaned/flow-tested and put new o-rings on them.
When reinstalling use some rubber-grease on the o-rings.
