Removing standard boost solenoid

Rite I want to remove the standard boost solenoid cause I want to clean up the bay so to speak. I have an ebc fitted to the car and I just removed the standard solenoid. The car is boosting fine on the low setting but it won't let the car boost up to 1 bar which is the high setting on the ebc which is a hdi ebc.
Any idea why it's doing this? And can the standard solenoid be removed?

was thinking bout cleaning my bay up too im probly just gonna extend the wires of the solinoid down into the arch section and leave it hooked up do!

i took mine clean out and my avcr works fine, not sure on that one, but im sure you can remove it, ive had zero problems

ok I removed it and it was working fine on low boost, but wouldnt boost to high. Then i put it back in and it was the exact same. However, there seems to be a break in one of the wires goin to the solenoid so its not boosting up to a bar. Gonna fix the wire going to the ebc solenoid tomorrow and take out the standard solenoid and all should be well.
