Removing Wishbone bushes ep82

Was wondering whats the best way to remove the front wishbone bushes?? Want to install the polyurethane bushes.. And are the poly bushes handy to install?

Burn out the rubber then use a hacksaw to remove the metal shell.
Poly bushes will then just push in by hand.

I used several drill pieces too , and drilled several holes round the bushes then they easyier to remove
