O.k guys i need a little advice about how to (d.i.y style lol) repair my badly scuffed rims which i got for free so might as well have a whack at it.
I have seen a few ways this can be done.
1. use filler and putty and then paint
2. Weld the big gaps some are approx 4-5mm deep on the face as these stick out somewhat and use putty on the smaller ones and then paint.
3. An alternative to welding is to use liquid steel which is really good from what i've seen and will work similar to putty but be steel like and of course pain them.
I am leaning towards 3 because it will give the best repair with the least effort.
any advice welcome. I will be doing this at my brothers garage so i'd have every thing available air tools, big compressor and all other stuff garages have lol
thanks
