resizing Pics

Can anyone tell me how to add small pics to a thread? For example the pics in Gee's members garage thread?

Goto http://imageshack.us/ and in the drop down box you can resize them to whatever size you want!

Or you can resize them in photobucket. Upload the the picture to your photobucket and then in the top left corner of the picture you will have 'edit' click on that then you will have a icon to resize the picture.
You can either make it a custom size or choose from preset levels of small, medium and large. Make sure to press apply in the top right I think it is:haha:
