Rotating CT9 housing

If I rotate the housing round so that the hotpipe route to the FMIC is shorter, can I still use the factory recirc valve on the EFI pipe? Not sure if an upward hose will cause any issues.

i doubt you will have issues but that depends on your engine age and health and how much blow-by you have.. it should make for an interesting setup though. why not VTA or get a catch-can..?

Engine had a recent rebuild. Already have a catch can. What's VTA? Just wondered if the longer route upwards to the bov would be a problem.

VTA = vent to atmosphere :)
since you already have a front mounted core, why not just go for the typical dump valve just before the intake mani configuration.. instead of trying to keep it in the stock position..?

I used a toyota Lucida CT9 compressor houseing as it has 2 extra mounting points for an actuator! I run no bov at all now though and its been fine for months

Yeah thats right mate! it was one of the things i like about useing this turbo houseing as it gets rid of the diamond shaped flange found on the GT Glanza ct9Act9/B

Just to mention that the Lucida ct9A is the same as the ct9A found on the GT''s so the compressor housing will just swap stright over!

Where as if you put the Lucida ct9A compressor housing on a CT9B glanza turbo it wont fit as the compressor turbin on a CT9B is larger then a ct9A so you will have to get it bored out to fit like i did
