Rounded Locking Wheel Nut

Well went to swap my wheels over and a chocolate locking nut rounded.

Ive started drilling and tapping it out but getting faar too cold to continue atm.

Im tempted to just drill the stud out, does anyone know where I can get a stud from to replace it with, do Toyota stock these?

I doubt they'll stock them but you could get one within 24 hours usually.

i just smashed a 18mm socket over mine and removed it. the standard wheel nuts r crap

Is the stud the same for a normal Starlet or are most dealers aware of the Glanza V?

I couldnt get a socket on mate as it was one of the locking nuts which just has 4 holes for the key and no head to put a socket on, too far recessed to get a punch on it as well hence the drill :/

these usually come in handy for rounded off nuts/bolts, have saved me on more than one occasion
