High 14's maybe.. around 15s should be easy. my first ever run up the strip in a standard non lsd glanza was 16.2

if 180bhp is on a stock Ct9 i recon you should be getting low 14s maybe a high 13 if your very lucky. All depends on the driver and conditions though on the day.

well i was runnin roughly 175bhp and ran a 14.4 with no lsd so u should be good for a 14 maybe high 13 but depends on launch etc

i ran constant 14.7's with just exhuast system and stripped rear interior:p

then i ran a 14.4 with slightly more boost. that was ct9 days anyway:)

who ever is saying low 15's you guys cant know much about your own cars or how drive them.....

A 180hp starbo will happily hit low to mid 14's with that power. I would expect very low 14 if not a nice high 13...... Traction isnt a huge issue with 180hp.... And if you think it is, you havent experienced proper power through the front wheels.... 180hp is a great compromise.... power/grip.....

Bit of a bold statement.
As ive said before, there are to many variables to take into account.

i would have thought low 14's though, i did a 15.2 near standard and a little bit damp so in the dry i would like to go high 14's

Rory im talking about the potential of the car providing conditions allow.. All you really need is a decent hot day to grip the tires.. Other variables shouldnt effect dramatically providing your car is holding its power like normal....

And obviously providing you drive the car how it should be driven...

You have to remember when people ask this question they want to know how fast their car can potentially go up the strip. Not what there car would do if the driver cant drive, wet conditions, poor surface, car underpowered etc etc.

Thats my view.

Hmm thats quite disappointing is it not?

My brother got 17.7 in his non turbo Starlet Sportif in the wet and that was at York too!

no i dont think its disapointing.

Jules did that time against me my best was 16.3 standard. Cant wait go back with the mods now and see the difference. Need to get the autos 60ft time down though its shocking (2.8)
Also 1.5sec may seem alot in speech but knocking that off a time up the strip will take work. and with the starlets running these times 'stock' then things will only improve:)

i dont think any of us can guess just go and do a run!:p
