sensor problem

hi on my dash i keep getting the light flashing i think its for the cat when its too hot! but problem is it flashes when its cold! could this be the lambar sensor knackerd or the other sensor that looks like a metal bar?

at the moment i can't think of the light, you tried a fault check?

ok it comes up when you turn the ignition on bout the 4th in from the left looks like a box with little wavey heat lins coming of it

yeah that would be the cat sensor. altho i have completly disconnected mine as i have a de-cat and no light has ever come on :S its nothing to worry about. altho rather annoying to have a light on im sure someone else will have a solution! but just try disconnecting the sensor and see if the light goes out.
