I'm thinking that near on 98% now but gotta hope it doesn't seize or anything until I can afford to replace it. Not sure what to do either I want decent power so considering saving for td04 but the hybrid keeps coming up in my mind but unsure if I'd be happy as they're limited to 215-220bhp max at fly I may want more in the future. Thanks Dave.

I think my smoking might be related to a clogged return line. Ima change it tomorrow. It started to smoke after I swapped manifolds so that changed the dimensions of the return line I bet causing it to fold up too much restricting oil flow back into the oil pan >_<

I really hope thats it. I hate having to keep looking in my rear view mirror in hopes of not seeing any smoke...lol. It's like the smoke is heat seeking. It come right to the front of the car...lol. It's really embarrassing sitting @ a Red Light with a smokey car :(

That oil return line was the culprit. The line was freakin' blocked -_- When I swapped manifolds, that caused the line to bend a little bit more causing it to be about 85%-90% restricted. Made a new line today and no more smoking :)

It's good for following in a convoy thats for sure :)

Mine smokes a little but just on startup when its cold, never when its been running and up to temperature. If the compressions fine I would have a guess at the Turbo.

Right I changed manifold turbo to a td04 etc and for a good month the smokin hasn't come back...Until now but its different when I press the throttle it kicks out smoke a bit doesn't smell like fuel which I thought it would be so I'm concerned this turbo hasn't really only done 16k miles! From the compression results wouldn't have thought gasket was gone but would valve stem oils seals and rings show on the compression test?
