Which are the best spark plugs for an ep82 and what heat range?

Hi mate me and a few others from forum and locals were pissed with spending all that cash on iridiums so we went through months of trials for the perfect plug for starlets running ct9 to ct9 hybrid, td04 cars and td05 cars and we have no problems what so ever with BCR8ES plugs get from ebay for around £8 a set or from a local motor factors for around £1.20 per plug

Thanks a lot didn't really know which one to get but do now. Should I change leads as well at the same time

Wouldn't hurt mate if there old? traders on here sell them sell the plugs too

just be sure to check the lead type you need though clip or boot
