steering rack from a none power steering starlet

can i change over my rack im my car as im looking t get rid of the power steering syste as its taking up room in the bay,can a semi power steering rack from a standerd starlet be put in ?

Not sure what you mean by 'semi power steering rack'?

AFAIK to install a non power assisted steering rack you need to swap the steering column and the column to pinion UJ.

You can put in a non PAS rack in but you will need the column to match as Texx said, you can use a rack, column and pinion from a ep80 iirc.
