strange noise (video)

hey guys, I've been hearing this noise for a while now but I was busy fitting my FMIC so I choose to ignore it for that time :haha:

yesterday I recorded it.
before the video here's some description of when it happens:
It happens when the engine's just started or have been running for a short while and I slightly press on the accelerator pedal, I don't know exactly where it's coming from (but it sounds like if your making something metal touch a spinning metal fan or something)

and it goes away after driving or leaving the engine running for a while.

you can hear it clearly at seconds 00:08, 00:10, 00:12

Ignore the whistle on idle it's coming from where the breather use to be and disappears if It's tightened.

might be worth checking the exhaust manifold, could be a slight leak and when the car gets up to temp the metal expands and seals the gap
