Well 2months ago i sent my turbo to a shop to be rebuilded, now when i boost theres a bit of smoke coming out and after boosting it will pop out a small amount of smoke and it smells like burning oil, ive also noticed that my oil feed from the block and to the turbo has some oil in it..

Ok...I didn't actually see a question but...check the compressor housing/outlet, if there are no traces of oil there it might be leaking oil from the turbine side seal...or a piston ringland might be damaged causing some oil to enter the combustion chamber...or the pcv valve might be going allowing oil to enter the inlet manifold. If you suspect it's definitely the turbo it might be time to visit the rebuild shop again. Oh yes, it's also normal for the "oil feed from the block and to the turbo" to have some oil in it.

Maybe the Shaft sells are broken. And now they leak into the turbine house. Maybe your Valve shaft seals are not the best. Oil comes through the exhaust mani into the turbo and smokes.

Thanks guys ill try checking those mentioned above, i checked the compressor side yesterday, there are traces if oil, but my turbo had recently been rebuilded about 2months ago and maybe used the car 10times or less, should i claim my turbo's warranty and have it rebuilt again? Ive asked a shop nearby and they said its normal to have some oil in there but not to the point that its dripping, i think what theyve said is incorrect, i need your opinion guys..

Yes it is normal to have a little oil in there. Check the turbo for "thrust play" its common on them to be out of spec.
It also does happen that a rebuilt turbo dies early. Are you using a cat?
