Tanabe Coilover Adjustment Rings

Got some Tanabe coilovers but the locking collar that the spring sits on has stapped on all 4 coilovers and the collar that sits under the one the spring sits on need 4 55mm & 4 52mm collars its the collars that adjust the ride height if any one confused.
