Td04 blowing from centre

After sorting some pox radiator issue I have a new problem lol, the td04 is blowing through the clamp in the centre. I've had the clamp off, made sure it's back on tight and is properly seated each side, and it's still blowing like mad. Anyone ever had this problem?

All I can think of is to take it all apart again, clean it up good and put a new clamp on it?

it may be a sign that your turbo is on its way out from the back seal
is your turbo oil supply hose on securely?...or any small leak in it?

there is not much in that area otherwise

does your car smoke at all...maybe on idle?

Na no smoke and we only fitted turbo few days ago, sounds like its not gone togethor too well after I rotate it, gonna split it again, clean up any corrosion and shit in there, got new clamp on way as font think that ones tightening too well then see whats happening. Turbo looked in real good condition too
