Tein Coilover - tyre scrapping on lowest settings?

Tein Coilover - Ride Height Question

Hi,

I fitted set of Tein Superstreet coilovers and adjusted to lowest setting on the weekend. the car sits nice and low and looking awesome, but I'm getting some scrapping issue with the tyres.

Car specs:
EP91
Tein Superstreet with camber tops
195/50/R15 tyres

The rear end seem to be scrapping the guards in a turn where the road is not perfectly smooth. Driving over uneven highway at speed also causes this...

Camber top is set to about -2deg and front wheels are scrapping a bit when doing U-turns or in car park.

Is this because I do not have adjustable panhard rod or the ride is too low for the tyres? Would adjustable panhard fix this or need to raise up the coilover ride?
