Well its mapped for a bar but i went out in the morning at 0.7 bar and melted the fan and screamer pipe snapped off the wastegate and kept popping off boost pipes so didnt get chance to turn it up :( end of the day i over heated so was the worst trackday i ever had :(

wounder, i had temp issues throughout the day too whenever i tried to run above 1 bar, settled for 12psi in the end.

still running an NA starlet rad, and although it's fine on the road, need to upgrade to something beefier for track use.

I had the same problem at Jafest Ian, on a Uk spec rad i got 110 deg after 10 mins. Im now running a Glanza rad and i had 100 deg after 10 min's out at wales weekend on 1 bar TD04.

My own GT never gets above 85 on track - 1.4bar TD04 on a alloy civic rad, and oil cooler to boot

lol, sure you havent got a low temp stat in there somewhere rory? i thought normal engine temp was around 90degrees?

what gauges you running Rore?

a glanza/GT rad would be too wide without redesigning the intercooler, might look into a civic radiator setup and maybe a bigger oil cooler, oil temps were up to around 120 peak, so too hot still,

Rory, where did you get your alloy rad from?
