There may be fuel pressure but it does not mean that the injectors are opening or blocked. Try easy start to see if they are working.
Timing needs to be close to stock really even if it were out a few degrees it should still start.
Double check your timing, use a spanner and turn the crank pulley clockwise until it reaches the "0" mark on the cover and then look at the cam pulley and see if it lines up to the "4e" or "5e" mark on the head. (if it looks like the hole is not lining up on the pulley do one more revolution with the spanner and see if it lines up)
