Thats basically it, then get it set on on a rolling road or take it to a tuner to get the fueling set up

Thats ok then

but ive blown 2 engines in my glanza now

it keeps overboosting for some reason......it was boosting at around 0.7/0.9 bar and the night it blew it hit 1.2 bar lmao

Port the wategate sounds like boost spike.

or a split pipe/pipe come off going to the actuator, causing boost to rise rapidly. check all your pipes going to the actuator for splits

I did have this pipe disconnected tho?

Not sure if that pipe is the same as on a Glanza, i think you have an EP82 correct me if i'm wrong.

anyway on mine that pipe goes to the EFI air intake pipe, like this..........

I have a Glanza but apparently its got a Ep82 engine in it

Yeh i had it connected to the EFi pipe but i took the EFI pipe off so it was left disconnected......but soon as i get a HKS actuator the pipe that comes up beside the engine coming from the actuator wont be needed im sure.

Standard actuator = 2 outputs one for turbo and other for boost solenoid

HKS actuator = 1 output that goes stright to the turbo

but cause i left it disconnected on the standard actuator thats why i keep thinking it blew up......cos i basicly got the pipe coming out of the actuator open and not connected to anything.

but on high boost the standard solenoid does this anyway, but as i said earlier if the other pipe going from the turbo to the actuator was off or had a split in it, this would reduce the pressure going to the actuator diaphram - causing your boost to rise as there is not enough pressure on the diaphram to open the wastegate and hence control your boost.
