you need to take the disc's to a maching shop and get them to take a couple of mm's off the circumference of the disc in order for it all to work

there are two size for levin discs, 255*22mm and the one you got.
Do you know if your 2 pots calippers are for 255 or 275 model ?

As the stock levin is 275*25 i think that it wouldn't fit.

From the pics i see that about 270 would be fine, although i knew that levin 2pots are a straight fit.

Edit: 2pots are for SS version, i think, only 275*25. 255 are single piston

It's not only the disc diameter and thickness. The height is also very important. Measure yours and search ebc catalog for something similar.
The real question is: how much smaller? The whole pad should press on the disk, so i thing just a few mm smaller is needed.

Stock rotors are 253mm. You're 22mm over. That's your first problem. Problem two is that you'll need spacers to fit the rotors. You probably haven't noticed there's a space between the hub and behind rotor centre. Problem three is your studs, they'll be too short.

hello mate i have 6mm spacers already on it and i have longer wheel studs so only the discs is the bothers i will get the 257x22 discs and see than

the smaller disc should do much better if calipers you got were designed to fit the smaller one :p

Brake disks off 2002- 2.0 D4-D Corolla (25mm thick)
I used the disks above and there was no modification etc required.
NB there are two sizes (diameter) and the smaller is the direct fitment
